all the work you see on this website is my own personal effort. it represents thousands of hours spent holding a camera, sitting in front of a computer, thinking, planning, and executing.

therefore, to protect my work, i hereby copyright everything. now, before you go thinking "what a cheap jerk!" listen up for a few seconds.

1. you can enjoy these pieces by yourself. i'm not saying you can't look at them, i'm just saying don't rip me off.


2. you can save these to your computer and enjoy them later. feel free to use them as a background for your gorgeous desktop. in fact, you can request a full-size image for this use.

now, i get into the limitations. woop!

1. you cannot use my pictures in any kind of publication, advertisement, website, or anything that makes money. that is, without my personal permission.


2. you cannot distribute these images in any form. that means website, email, cd-rom, etc. if you want to tell a friend about this site, use an ecard. it's easy. that way your buddy doesn't rip me off inadvertently either.

okay. so i may seem a little bit of a tightwad. but, let me help myself out a little bit before you form your final conclusions.

1. if you really like a photograph and want a print of it, i
   will be glad to oblige. i will have print made and mail it to
   you. personally. and for cheap, too.


2. if you would like to use any of my images in an publication for a non-profit organisation, ask me. i'll probably say yes. most likely for free, too.

see? i'm not all bad.
