this is a birch tree that is near my house. i'd noticed it a long time ago, but never got around to taking a picture of it. i was feeling creative one evening, so i hopped in my car and shot half a dozen pictures of it.
you might want to check out birch sunset, natural fractal, or just the plain trees gallery. since you're here looking at trees anyhow...
when the third one is BIG it looks really cool. it would probably work well as computer wallpaper or something.
shouldn't the first one be vertical, not horizontal? it probably just looks better sideways.
