tim mahoney

april eleventh

i took this picture as part of an assignment for volume one. i had been shooting pretty generic documentary type shots, then decided to do something a little different and shot this picture.

the guitarist is named tim mahoney; he's a singer/songwriter from the twin cities.

my technique was simple, i just used my zoom lens and a 2 second exposure, zooming in during the exposure. it's...interesting. don't you think?
