tennessee
september twenty-first
in october 2000 i had a chance to go to nashville, tennessee. it's a really unique city, very friendly. i played a $7000 banjo at the gibson store, but most of my time was spent out in the gorgeous countryside. besides new england, i think that tennessee is the most beautiful places on earth.
the first picture is a sunset. behind a fence. gorgeous!
the second is my reflection in a gold gazing ball in the cheekwood art museum gift shop in nashville.
the third is my sister, genevieve, soaking in the tennessee countryside.
next up is a waterfall at the cheekwood art gallery in nashville. i forgot a tripod, as usual. this was the first time i ever tried this technique; you can see a better example on my vermont page.
