here's an older picture--i took it early this winter, just after the first snow. it was on a frozen lake, which gives it a bluer hue; i was out skating, and happened to have my camera in my car.
this picture languished in my unnamed folder ever since i took it; i liked it, but i never came up with an appropriate name. instead of sticking it in my untitled gallery, i asked my buddy dan (see dan and i, dan's picture) to come up with a name for it. after a few failures, he came up with "sticks and the shadows that love them," which made my night!
so funny.
