skylight lounge

july twenty-sixth

this is probably my favorite picture that i've taken recently. i took it while i was working for uwec summer freshman orientation, during a lull in the morning registration time. we were helping out new freshman in the skylight lounge (aha! namesake!) when i saw this picture.

i like the not-quite-parallel lines, and the strong contrast. also, the repeated, yet different, yet related shapes of the dark blue on top and the grey on the bottom are important.

sweet. shoutout to jodi b. for asking me, "what in the world are you taking a picture of??"
