quoth the raven

august fourth

me being the not-so-huge edgar allan poe fan that i am, i named this piece in honor of his famous poem.

this was taken on long beach, vancouver island, british columbia. i wanted to get a bit closer, but i spooked the raven (or is a crow? i don't know) before i could.

name: echoforsberg i love it. the beach reminds me of the beaches up here in ak - our ravens are such characters too.....it's rare for me to see one in such a contemplative solitary peaceful type view......usually they're playing or fighting over garbage when i see them...hehe .: nov 25
