i'm not sure what to think of this picture. i've taken a similar picture (by lake superior) and wasn't quite pleased with it. this one was on the pacific ocean in uclulet, british columbia. i kind of like the schindler's list-ish nature of the red plant along with the subdued tones in the background.
"flare" popped into my head when i first saw this print. nothing deep...
