december twenty-third
this is one of my favorite guitars, an epiphone dot. i had been shooting some random pictures around my house with black and white film when i saw the late afternoon sun streaming onto my sunburst, so i quick loaded up some color film to capture the fleeting sunshine.
i like the two pictures for different reasons. i like the swooping white and gold band on the right side of the first one, as well as the whimsical angles of the knobs; i like how graphic the second one is, with the f-hole coming so boldly down.
