corn/pond

november eighteenth

i was driving home from elk mound a few weeks ago when i noticed a pond in a field. i really liked the setup of the shots...the sky was really flat gray, the corn still, looking almost rotten in the pond. i wished i had waders, but alas, i didn't. these three are what i got from it.

exciting!

for simple photos, they look remarkably abstract. the effect of the mirrored corn breaking up the sky and pond is surreal. i like it!
