beautiful remainder

august thirtieth

i had the hardest time setting up this shot--i'm not even sure why. it was on long beach between uclulet and tofino on vancouver island. for some reason, i had a tough time finding a perspective and composition for this shot. there were quite a few footprints and bits of seaweed in the area, so i had to figure out how to make a footprint-free shot.

i guess it worked out. it just seems that it should have been an easier shot, i guess...
